Planners and venues.
Glad to be on your list.
Dates and price.
Send us the date and we'll tell you within two business days whether it's open, as late as two weeks before an event.
Three hours is what most weddings book, and longer evenings and add-ons are priced when we quote the date.
Anywhere else in Washington, or to Portland, is priced per trip when we quote.
At the venue.

About 10 by 10 feet of open floor, indoors or under cover, with an elevator if the room is upstairs.
One standard outlet near the booth.
We arrive one to two hours before the booth goes live and work to your load-in window, so it is lit before your first guest sees the room.
We carry commercial liability insurance and send a certificate naming your venue.
One of us is at the booth all night, and often both of us are.
We pack down once the booth closes and work to your venue's load-out window.
Planning with you.
For a venue in or near Seattle, we walk the room with you before the day and pick the spot together, in the main room where guests already are, with space for a line that stays clear of the bar. For venues farther out, we go over the floor plan with you on a call.
We talk to the DJ and the photographer about timing and power before the day, and on the night we take our cues from you, pausing the booth for the first dance or the speeches and opening it again after.

The guest book.
Couples a planner refers get the guest book included. Their guests stick a copy of their strip in the book and write something beside it, and one of us keeps it moving all night so it never becomes a table nobody visits.
Ask the couple to put your name in the "Anything else" box when they write to us, and we'll add the book to their quote.

We'll come to you.
We start with a short call to hear how you work. If it feels like a good fit to you, we'll come by and look together at where the booth would stand.
