This site.
We build to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, version 2.2, at level AA. Every page has one heading structure and named landmarks, works with a keyboard alone with a visible focus ring, describes each photograph in text, uses colours from a palette checked for contrast, and scales with your browser's text size. Motion is slow, and every animation stops when your system asks for reduced motion. Nothing plays sound or video on its own.
Where it falls short.
An automated check of every page in October 2026 found a few things, which we fixed, apart from two decorative numerals on the reserve form that sit a shade under the contrast line. Photographs from events carry a city and a month in their captions, and a short description in their text alternative, and we'd rather tell you that than overstate it. We haven't yet had the site tested by someone who uses a screen reader. If you find a page that doesn't work for you, write to hello@boothnoir.com and we'll fix it.
The booth.
The booth is open-air, with no enclosure to enter and no step up, and we place it with room to move around it, so a guest in a wheelchair can use it alongside everyone else. The camera sits at one height and tilts, so for a guest who is seated we angle it down and frame the shot for them. One of us is at the booth from the first guest to the last, and part of that job is helping anyone who wants a hand. If your guests have needs we should plan around, tell us before the event and we'll work them into the setup.
