Who we are.

Booth Noir LLC is a photo booth rental based in Seattle, Washington, run by Adam and Raj. We are the ones reading anything you send through this site. Write to us at hello@boothnoir.com.

When you write to us.

The form on the reserve page asks for your name, email, phone, the occasion, the date, the venue, and anything you want to tell us about the event. On the confirmation screen it also asks, if you like, how you found us. The form sends those answers to our inbox as an email, through a small service we run on Cloudflare and an email provider called Resend. We use them to reply, to put a quote together, and, if you book, to plan the event. We keep them in our inbox for that reason and for no other, and if you book, the details move into HoneyBook with the agreement. Write to us if you want yours deleted.

When you book.

The agreement and invoice go out through HoneyBook, which is where you sign, pay the deposit, and pay the balance. They collect what we need to hold the date and get paid, which is your name, contact details, the event details, and a billing name and address if your company needs one on the invoice. HoneyBook processes the payment and keeps the record under its own privacy policy, and we never see or store your card number. For company events we may hold a purchase order number and the name of the person who approves it, because that is what their accounts team asks us for.

At the event.

The booth photographs the guests who choose to use it. Those photos go into a gallery for the person who booked us, and guests who ask for a digital copy at the booth receive that copy and nothing else from us. We post nothing from an event anywhere without asking the person who booked it first, and for company events we agree on photo use in writing before the day. If you were a guest and want a photo of you taken off this site or our Instagram, write to us and we'll take it down.

On this website.

We count visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and keeps no record that identifies you. If you accept cookies in the notice at the bottom of the page, we also use Google Analytics, which sets cookies so it can tell one visit from the next. The cookies page lists them. Either way, we use the numbers to see which pages help people and nothing more. The site's fonts load from Google Fonts and Adobe Fonts, and the site itself is served by Vercel, so each of those receives your device's address when a page loads, as any website's host does.

Who else sees it.

The services above, each for its one job: Vercel to serve the site and count visits, Cloudflare and Resend to deliver the form, HoneyBook to hold the agreement and take payment, Google Analytics if you allow it, and the font services. We don't sell anything about you and we don't run advertising on anyone's data.

Your choices.

Write to hello@boothnoir.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Decline the cookie notice, or change your answer on the cookies page, to keep Google Analytics off.

Age.

This site is for people planning events. We don't knowingly collect anything from children.
