Using the site.
You're welcome to read, link to, and share the pages here. The text, the photographs, the strip and screen designs, and the Booth Noir name and mark belong to Booth Noir LLC or to the people who appear in the photos, who gave us permission to show them. Please don't copy, scrape, or reuse any of it for your own site or business without asking.
Inquiries and dates.
Sending the form on the reserve page starts a conversation. It holds nothing. We reply within two business days with a call or an email, and once we've agreed on hours and a quote, we send the agreement and the invoice through HoneyBook. A date is held when the agreement is signed and the deposit is paid, and until then it stays open to anyone who asks.
Bookings.
The agreement sets out the hours, the price, travel, any add-ons, the deposit and when the balance is due, what the venue needs to provide, what happens if the date moves or the event is cancelled, and how photos from the event may be used. Anything on this site about those things is a summary, and the agreement is the full version.
What's on the site.
We keep prices, inclusions, and facts here current, and the quote you receive is the one that counts. If something on a page is out of date, the quote and the agreement take precedence.
Links elsewhere.
The site links to Instagram and to our Google profile. Those sites have their own terms and we don't control them.
The site itself.
We do our best to keep the site up and accurate, and we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, Booth Noir LLC isn't liable for loss that comes from using the site or from relying on something on it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
